The delivery is exclusively digital via e-mail. This is therefore free of charge in each of the countries we have specified .
Delivery of download products:
There are no shipping costs for download products (digital content that is not delivered on a physical data carrier).
You can download download products via a link provided by email.
This e-mail with access data for executing the download is sent within 1-3 working days , but usually after a few hours after the conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).

Payment in advance
If you want to pay in advance, you will receive our bank details together with the order confirmation email. You have 7 calendar days to transfer the invoice amount.
